Assistant Executive/Executive-Organizational Development

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support a culture of continuous learning opportunities for employees considering mission, vision, values, business needs and future trend.
  • Help to identify training needs, implement and evaluate learning & development processes.
  • Keep record of learning and development initiatives and training feedbacks.
  • Support a performance driven culture throughout the organization. Assist in development plan for high performers & key employees and performance improvement plan (PIP) for non-performers.
  • Coordinate, support and maintain proper documentation for PIP.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives. Develop and implement innovative employee engagement programs throughout the organization to keep employees engaged and motivated.
  • Assess employee engagement level through surveys or other means and prepare and drive engagement action plans.
  • Support in recruitment of Management Trainees (MT) program and initiatives to attract potential candidates.
  • Assist in developing & implementing training plan and manage performance of MT’s.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Minimum BBA/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, HR Major Graduates will get preference.

Work Experience:

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
