Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist and support a culture of continuous learning opportunities for employees considering mission, vision, values, business needs and future trend.
- Help to identify training needs, implement and evaluate learning & development processes.
- Keep record of learning and development initiatives and training feedbacks.
- Support a performance driven culture throughout the organization. Assist in development plan for high performers & key employees and performance improvement plan (PIP) for non-performers.
- Coordinate, support and maintain proper documentation for PIP.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives. Develop and implement innovative employee engagement programs throughout the organization to keep employees engaged and motivated.
- Assess employee engagement level through surveys or other means and prepare and drive engagement action plans.
- Support in recruitment of Management Trainees (MT) program and initiatives to attract potential candidates.
- Assist in developing & implementing training plan and manage performance of MT’s.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Minimum BBA/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, HR Major Graduates will get preference.
Work Experience:
- At least 1 year(s)
