HR & Compliance Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • HR Related
  • Manpower Recruit, Selection, Observation etc.
  • Carry out manpower planning to forecast future demand and supply
  • Create a personnel policy, company policy where the company led for manufacturing.
  • Must be able to implement higher management policies.
  • Monitor turnover at every level and investigate reasons for turnover
  • Coordinate and conduct all training activities (Safety Related, House Keeping, Labor Law etc.)
  • Doing monthly worker payroll, Yearly Increment sheet updated.
  • Conduct the Performance Appraisal procedure
  • Compliance Related
  • Adequate knowledge about social compliance and labor laws.
  • Must have knowledge buyer code of conduct i.e. specially H&M, Third party Audit, ISO 9001:2000
  • Prepare factory for facing different audit such as social/ethical/environmental/technical/security.
  • Ensuring risk free healthy workplace, safety, hygiene and environment.
  • Organize workers awareness in regular basis.
  • Any special assignment provided by the Management.
  • Maintain worker personal file, leave maintain & other require document etc.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA of HRM.Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experience candidate.

  • 2 to 5 year(s)

    Others Requirements:

    • Should be knowledge MS package
    • Who candidate are preferred for known photoshop.
    • Excellent in english both of written & speaking.
