Technical Compliance Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • alignment with Group best practice and legal/customer compliance.
  • Lead the deployment and use of the quality management system, procedures and policies to document and govern the operational processes, developing the internal audit system to ensure that the site delivers in alignment with legal and customer requirements.
  • Liaise with the Raw Materials Manager and the Process Development Team to resolve raw materials issues and validate safety parameters to deliver legal compliance and to act as the customers liaison point for key technical reviews related to the quality management system.
  • Lead a cross functional internal audit team to measure compliance to our technical standards
  • Completion and follow-up of internal audits
  • Lead key compliance activities such as 3rd party auditing, NMS, Change Management, Document Control, Risk Assessment, Food Defense
  • Support the functions through reporting, trending, verification and training.
  • Be the key factory contact for imported products and manage the market supply quality system
  • Support the commercial functions in providing technical support and information for customers.
  • Support the team in the Nassa Group factory for the leading Quality and Product Mastership elements of trials and new product/process launches.
  • Lead the factory Compliance Pillar team

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters / MBA in HRM from any reputed University / Institutions.
  • Candidates having PGD in HRM or Diploma in Social Compliance will have an added advantage.
  • Skills Required: Labor Law

  • 10 to 12 year(s)

  • Experience in leading ISO or similar audits within a production facility
  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory and other requirements
  • The ability to put in place and maintain standard routines

  • Experience in Technical Compliance
  • Minimum five years related experience in manufacturing field
  • Apparel industry experience is preferred
  • Knowledgeable on third party audit practices
  • Communicates in a highly effective and professional manner (verbal and written), interpreting complex information and thoughtfully expressing their viewpoint, analysis or conclusions
  • High attention to detail coupled with analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to execute tasks in a thorough, composed, accurate and timely fashion while managing multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Cross-functional team player with proven leadership capability
  • Leadership skills to develop, manage, delegate and execute tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills
