Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Personnel file management with regular updates.
- Maintain records of important company documents.
- Carryout all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
- Arrange weekly/monthly meetings conferences.
- Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
- Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and arrange requisitions for new equipment and supplies as needed.
- Monitor Canteen, Security, Housekeeping and accommodation facilities and health & safety.
- Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed.
- Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers.
- Conferring with accounting department for making payments, process invoices, and receipts etc.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline.
- Skills Required: Factory Administration
Work Experience:
- 2 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

- Knowledge on general services.
