Senior Officer/ Officer, Administration

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
  • Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Personnel file management with regular updates.
  • Maintain records of important company documents.
  • Carryout all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
  • Arrange weekly/monthly meetings conferences.
  • Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
  • Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and arrange requisitions for new equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Monitor Canteen, Security, Housekeeping and accommodation facilities and health & safety.
  • Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed.
  • Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers.
  • Conferring with accounting department for making payments, process invoices, and receipts etc.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline.
  • Skills Required: Factory Administration

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    • Knowledge on general services.
    • Knowledge on welfare activities, and compliance issues.
    • Knowledge on occupational health, safety, and security issues.
    • Knowledge on labour law.
