Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Keep liaison in an effective manner with upper management to develop strategic operations goals.
  • Monitor and keep the management updated mostly for following areas; "Business Development & Field Marketing", "Head Hunting" & "Payroll Management".
  • Assist in developing long term plans to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set.
  • Manage companys commercial operations and various expenses and budget.
  • Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external services that we provide.
  • Ensure development of SOPs for different operations to ensure quality BPO services.
  • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, service enhancement of Talent Centric.
  • Undertake field marketing activity and organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference in the service quality we provide.
  • Initiate different business development strategies, meet with clients face to face or online to foster and develop relationships with clients.
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics based on client companies requirement.
  • Ensure proper assessment is done during recruitment to ensure quality service.
  • Report on relevant operational performance and suggest improvements.
  • Undertake project planning including scoping, staffing, and forecasting, ensuring consistency in experience and operational capacity to meet client expectations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new service lines to increase top line revenue and expand experience for clients.

Educational Qualification:

  • BBA/MBA in any discipline from reputed university.
  • Preferable major subjects are; Human Resource Management/General Management/Marketing.

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in operational position or similar role.
  • Familiarity with all business functions including HR, and Payroll Business Development/Marketing
  • Candidates with experience in BPO company will get preference.
  • Additional Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
  • Excellent team management and coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially in English.
  • Ability to report and present business solutions in most effective way.
  • Scalability of internal operations to support growth.
  • Ability to measure of BPO project performance and ensure improvements.
  • Scalability of internal operations to support growth.
