Roles & Responsibilities:
- Controlling operational expenses along with budgeting food and beverage cost.
- Forecasting and controlling food and beverage revenue on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Involving in the formulation of the food and beverage policies, organization chart, and restaurant policies.
- Designing attractive menus and continuously making improvements.
- Identifying customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Working closely with purchase team for pricing and quality purpose.
- Planning and proposing training for the team.
- Complying with all health and safety regulations.
- Continuous monitoring of canteen (i.e., food, Service and stuff).
- Visiting Kitchen and dining areas on a regular basis.
- Any other activities as and when assigned by the management.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Hotel Management
- Certification from Parjatan Corporation will be an added advantage
Work Experience:
- 3 to 5 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- At least four-star hotel experience is required.
- Proven food and beverage management experience
- Excellent communication skill in both Bangla and English
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
- Communication and leadership skills
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
