Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Able to work on all workstations in the kitchen as required
  • Prepare all food items to the correct standards
  • Make sure all surfaces, equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized before, during and after use
  • Carry out cleaning of kitchen and working areas.
  • Comply with all legal and company standards with regard to Health and Safety, fire safety, security and hygiene
  • Report all hazards and/or concerns immediately to the manager on duty

Educational Qualification:

  • HSC
  • Diploma or Certificate Course on F&B production will be given preference

Work Experience:

  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Ki

    • Detail-oriented mindset
    • Basic computer skills
    • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Understanding of safety protocols and requirements
