Roles & Responsibilities:
- Able to work on all workstations in the kitchen as required
- Prepare all food items to the correct standards
- Make sure all surfaces, equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized before, during and after use
- Carry out cleaning of kitchen and working areas.
- Comply with all legal and company standards with regard to Health and Safety, fire safety, security and hygiene
- Report all hazards and/or concerns immediately to the manager on duty
Educational Qualification:
- HSC
- Diploma or Certificate Course on F&B production will be given preference
Work Experience:
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
