Roles & Responsibilities:

  • At least 5 (five) years of relevant practical experience on HR, office administration and logistics management.
  • Good understanding on the issues related to HR and office management.
  • Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English;
  • Strong managing skills;
  • Willingness to frequently travel for project activities and corporate functions or different project locations;
  • Demonstrated capacity to develop and guide the office teams members.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in Management, Finance or any other relevant discipline from a recognize University in Bangladesh.

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s) Experience

Others Requirements:

  • THE OBJECTIVES OF THIS POSITION ARE TO:
  • Support for HR, Administrative and purchase sections and provide logistic support for the Bangladesh office.
  • Provide necessary support to other staffs in exercising their duties.
  • Support the ADPC-Bangladesh office management to execute office properly.
  • Maintain the reputation of ADPC.
  • Ensure all required governance policies are adhered to ADPC policy.
  • CORPORATE
  • Provide H R Administrative and logistic support to all staff of the Bangladesh office as well as other departments of ADPC as and when required.
  • Ensure necessary procurement in line with project and office allocation.
  • Ensure visa processing and related necessary documents for staffs, consultants and resource persons.
  • Maintain staff leave, attendance and time sheet records.
