Roles & Responsibilities:
- Complaint & Feedback Receiption
- Keep all mode of communication active, to ensure appropriate reception of Complaint/Feedback at regional level.
- Maintenance of the complaint and feedback tracking system with consultation and guidance of Complaint and Feedback Manager.
- Assist to CFMC to implement the procedures and policies of Complaint and Feedback management.
- Complaint & Feedback Management
- Maintain a Communication procedure with the complainant or feedback giver until the issue is resolved / closed
- Support CFMC members to initiate investigations from beginning to end.
- Play role in investigation based on need and support Complaint and Feedback Manager
- Coordinate with relevant departments at bases to ensure successful investigation of complaints and information channels for feedback.
- Facilitation of complaint resolution meeting.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Arts, Social Science, Business Administration or any other relevant field. Master’s degree is preferred.
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an INGO/Development Sector/NGO, from which at least 1 years of relevant working experience in similar managerial positions.
