Project Coordinator- Technology Enabled Girl Ambassadors (TEGA)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and leading regular project meetings, training, logistics, team attendance.
  • Management of status reports highlighting progress made on setup and launch phases of the TEGA programme as well flagging any risks to delivering to time-frame and budget.
  • Planning and preparing, implementing and onboarding of the project for the first 2 TEGA networks in Bangladesh; Planning and preparing and recruitment for upcoming networks 3 & 4 in Bangladesh.
  • Ensuring all forms of logistics, finances and documentations/prints of contents are ready for smooth execution and implementation of project work.
  • Recruiting, managing and leading district Officers, field officers and TEGAs in all 2 networks in Bangladesh; also planning and preparing the same for network 3 & 4.
  • Maintenance of a database of TEGAs (Tech Enabled Girl Ambassadors), Field officers, District officers, translation team and iSocial’s core team working with TEGA project
  • Recruiting, managing and leading external translation team working for TEGA project!
  • Ensuring quality by monitoring, assessing and providing feedback/support as the projects runs.
  • Undertaking field visits to support coordination and organization of TEGA research projects and training.
  • Conducting risk assessments and cultural scoping for in-depth and better understanding of cultural context and easier facilitation of fieldwork.
  • Arranging and organizing workshops & master trainings conducted by the London Girl Effect (GE) team in Dhaka. As well as participating and taking trainings from the GE London team to facilitate further workshop selection programs and trainings for TEGAs and field officers/district officers.
  • Arranging, organizing, delivering & conducting trainings sessions and workshops in turn to the TEGAs and supporting field officers and district officers to facilitate trainings/ selection workshop
  • Financial Management and adjustments and revision of the TEGA budget as per requirements and changes.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Public Administration, Social Science Graduate will get preference

Work Experience:

  • At least 1 year(s)
