Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop trust and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels in relation to your delegated market region.
- Proposing, presenting and engaging in onshore and offshore promotional sales and marketing activities.
- Achieve set targets in the student recruitment function.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational agents and contracts.
- Manage CRM system.
- Make the best counselling plan for the students
- Lead the all employees of all departments.
- Liaise with all the branches
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
Work Experience:
- 3 to 5 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role at an Education & Migration Services is essential, as you must have a solid understanding of the International students recruitment , admission & visa regulations and other popular migrations sectors
- Understanding of marketing automation, communications, e-marketing, public relations, branding, lead generation
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Success in developing leads and lead conversions.
- Dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic about marketing and meeting set objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to work with diverse cultures.
- Tertiary qualified in marketing is highly desirable, but not essential.
- The ability to get on with clients at all levels and influence them.
- Strong problem-solving and creative skills.
- An ability to stay calm under pressure and keep to deadlines.
- Strong sales and negotiation techniques.
- Team working and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management and organisational skills.
