Manager/ Dy. Manager - Sales (RPL)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for leading Sales team(s) to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
  • Must be able to lead a team as well as meet his own Targets.
  • Creates, builds and harness Customer Relationships to maintain Retention.
  • Must be experienced in Negotiating Price and Payment Schedules In Real Estate perspective.
  • Must be Creative, Proactive, and Innovative in ideas and designing Products.
  • Must be Target oriented.
  • Must be able to develop short term and long term sales strategies to compete in the fast changing Market scenarios and challenges.
  • Facilitate Management team to review and evaluate business performance in Business review meetings.
  • Assist the team members to formulate operational team strategy to achieve objectives.
  • Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
  • Manage all marketing communication and marketing requirements through effective management of the marketing function.
  • Facilitate, control and coordinate the annual strategic marketing planning.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters/ MBA (preferably in Marketing) from any reputed University.

Work Experience:

  • At least 6 year(s)

  • Should be ready to undertake Target oriented Sales Duties
  • Good communication & negotiation skill.
  • Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
