Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure achievement of total sales revenue target set by the management for the zone through driving the sales strategy of the assigned product line and increasing penetration in the market
- Ensure adherence to Department SOPs, SLAs/ TATs for various processes; interfaces with other departments and with customers
- Ensure implementation of the company sales process across sales/ dealer points
- Plan monthly and annual KAP, marketing strategies with essential expenses of the product category with the Product Head.
- Provide inputs to area sales in charge/sales concern making sales, achieving performance and operation plan of every individual areas/territory/districts.
- Monitor the daily/weekly/monthly sales conversion of individual team members/Zone and take necessary action in case of deviations from the target.
- Support area sales in charge, dealers and sales executives in driving sales operations
- Coordinate and cooperate with marketing function to manage the activities of the product category and devising advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all the requirements of customer is taken into account and customer is provided with all the information about the delivery time and pricing and receive all the required help for completing formalities.
- Ensure customer receives vehicle on time and has smoother delivery process; Coordinate with service business partners, registration, sales administration to ensure that necessary service handholding and celebration take place at the time of delivery.
- Gather competitive pricing intelligence and suggest pricing of the assigned product line vehicles to the Product Head.
- Implement sales promotional scheme and other marketing activities to the customers accordingly.
- Analyse the customer satisfaction reports and submit recommendations to ensure customer retention and loyalty
- Ensure maintenance of MIS indicating model wise, variant wise, zone sales. and report to Product Head.
- Plans and manages the display of vehicles at appropriate places (sales point/ dealer point/ stockyard/ workshop)
- Ensure timely submission of all expense for adjustment very strictly.
- Monitors the efforts of the sales personnel to improve the customers image of the brand and their satisfaction with it.
- Ensure timely goal setting, performance review, feedback and development of direct subordinates in the team and guide them further in establishing performance plans for their respective subordinates.
- Ensure adherence to timelines for completion of various PMS process.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Skills Required: Brand Promotion,Business Development,Corporate Marketing,Government Procurement
Work Experience:
- At least 3 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Good knowledge about Commercial Truck and Other Commercial vehicles Sales and Marketing, Import,Export and Indenting experience will be preferable.
