- Age limit relaxed for retired Military Officer
- Retired military officer of the rank of Major in Army or equivalent in Navy and Air force will be given preference
Educational Qualification:
- MBA (HRM) from any reputed university.
- Candidates having additional qualification in HRM will be given preference.
Work Experience:
- At least 8 year(s) Experience
Others Requirements:
- To prepare HR related plan and execute the plan for the development of companies human resources.
- To lead and direct the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
- To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
- To direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, attendance, payroll, allowances, employee welfare etc.
- To manage effective performance management system.
- To supervise and manage industrial and employee relation affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities.
- To maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals and absenteeism rates etc.
- To analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organizations personnel policies and practices.
- To complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Serving as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting office policies and helping to resolve work-related problems.
