Admin and Security In Charge

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Deal with administrative affairs of the entire RSL establishment.
  • Coordination with the Unit Heads, Store Managers and the Security Service providers to ensure full Security at the Outlets against all external and internal threats.
  • Take action as required for any breach to Security and Discipline.
  • Timely payment of dues and uninterrupted services of all utility services like Electricity, Water, Telephone, etc. at all the RSL establishments.
  • Maintain a high level of Hygiene and Cleanliness at all the RSL establishment through monitoring.
  • Pool car maintenance and management.
  • Negotiate and settle issues with Admin related third party Vendors and ensure quality service from them as per agreement.
  • Supervising and monitoring the Admin and Security personnel.
  • Dealing with BOI/BIDA, VISA processing formalities, getting security clearance for Expatriate staff as and when required.
  • Monitor & maintain CCTV cameras on regular basis.
  • Cost consciousness in administrative expenses.
  • Timely payment and keep liaison with cleaning vendor.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degree in any discipline

  • 6 to 11 year(s)
