Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Distinctly review and ensure implementation of employee recruitment, training, and development in accordance with the company vision and mission
  • Monitor and continue to improve service delivery standards for the HR function by developing appropriate metrics.
  • Assessing training need and designing training model for skill development and efficiency improvement of employees.
  • Designing a compensation package for the employees and planning incentive schemes for motivation and better performance.
  • Supervision of the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct in line with the companys policies and Labor law.
  • Provide necessary service to deal with employee grievance, counseling, and disciplinary action.
  • Implementation of the companys formal job evaluation scheme and grading system for new, revised, and promoted roles.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Post-graduation Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management from any reputed institution would be an added benefit for the candidate.

Work Experience:

  • 7 to 10 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age at most 40 years
  • Minimum 3 years experience as Manager/ Assistant Manager of HR with sound knowledge of Human Resource Management
  • Experience working with performance evaluation, training, motivation and dispute resolution.
  • Must have strong communication skill in Bengali and English (written and oral) including computer literacy.
