Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing advice for payment of salary in every month.
  • Preparing various notes, memos, letters, etc. for obtaining approval.
  • Preparing Quarterly Report of the HR Department on time.
  • Administer employee benefits as per policy.
  • Timely initiating necessary steps for renewal/extension of the services of contractual employees.
  • Coordinate various activities linked with CBA and Management.
  • Develop various process, formats, etc. to bring effectiveness in operational activities.
  • Initiate final settlement process and prepare advice for final settlement of the separated employees. Conduct exit interview and submit report.
  • Taking necessary steps in processing up-gradation and transfer of the employees.
  • Preparing draft for disciplinary action such as: show-cause notice, warning letter, suspension order, forming Inquiry Committee, writing note, reports, etc.
  • Preparing yearly holiday list at the beginning of the year and issue circular for holiday on different occasions by turns.
  • Maintaining personnel files of all the Officers and Staff properly. Also keeping the record of separated employees.
  • Maintaining close contact with Insurance Service Provider for the group life insurance and claim settlements.
  • Sending indent to the Procurement Department to provide uniforms of graded staffs.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
  • Preferred Professional Certification: PGD HRM
  • Skills Required: Performance Appraisal,Compensation & Benefits,HRIS,Job Analysis & Manpower Planning,Labor Law

Work Experience:

  • 7 to 10 year(s)
