Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor/ Prepare Agreement and corresponding documents and liaise with all Dealers.
  • Execute the service support function for internal and external clients, in order to support, help and advise clients swiftly and accurately and handle feedback and complaints.
  • Mapping the dealer performance.
  • Monitor outstanding and ageing status of dealers and provide on time feedback.
  • Update and ensure Bank Guarantee status of all customers.
  • Interact with recovery department & distribution section for providing updated party deposit status & delivery status to the customer as well as to the TSO & Managers.
  • Follow up and maintain record of branding / merchandising activities of the Dealers.
  • Ability to network well with internal and external customers.
  • Strong understanding of internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle Key accounts relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare & present analytical, narrative & status report and submit to higher management in regular basis.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented.
  • Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Work Station: North Bengal & South Bengal

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (MCom)

Work Experience:

  • 8 to 10 year(s)

  • Good interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, hardworking & honest.
  • Sound knowledge in computer operation
