Business Manager (Dermatology Business Unit )

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for brand building, liaising with agencies, preparation of promotional materials, and organizing promotional activities.
  • Preparing marketing plan, sales forecast and achieving sales target.
  • Developing strategies for expanding markets and keep up to date with market trends.
  • Monitoring activities and the performance of sales team.
  • Analyzing competitors actovities, products and trends.
  • Organizing conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions for brand promotion and sales acceleration.
  • Identifying target doctors/customers and ensuring sales achievement.
  • Maintaining close relationship with target doctors/customers.
  • Visiting target doctors / customers daily.

Educational Qualification:

  • MPharm/MBA/Science Graduate with MBA Major in Marketing.

Work Experience:

  • 8 to 12 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • 8 to 12 years’ experience in dealing with dermatology products including imported products
  • At least 5 years experience in managerial role within high standard Dermatology focused products will be preferred..
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Sales /Marketing.
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply.
  • An excellent team player with strategic planning experience and a proven record in developing and administering a marketing program.
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals, FMCG Company and dealing with Dermatology and Consumer products.
