Roles & Responsibilities:
- Check forms and create bundle ID in panel
- Data entry from paper forms on provided format ensuring the quality
- Cross check information with customer & assist in registration
- Document forms and registration information
- Ensure quality of the registered forms and provide feedback to the field agents
- Maintain daily work flow of the Quality control
- Setup a regular target of the data entry and closely monitor to ensure data entry
- Listen incoming and outgoing call log and give feedback to the agents regularly
- Regular report to management for the performance of the Quality control and Quality assurance team
- Perform ad hoc tasks given by the management
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Telecommunication Service
Work Experience:
- 1 to 2 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Only females are allowed to apply
- Work Experience: Experience of working in customer communication
- Managerial Skills : Capability of working in challenging and demanding situations
- Functional Skills: MS Excel, MS Word, Email communication, Time management, Multi-tasking
- Special Requirement (if required) : Willingness to work in a flexible schedule and travel frequently
