Trainee/Junior Executive- Customer Relationship

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Check forms and create bundle ID in panel
  • Data entry from paper forms on provided format ensuring the quality
  • Cross check information with customer & assist in registration
  • Document forms and registration information
  • Ensure quality of the registered forms and provide feedback to the field agents
  • Maintain daily work flow of the Quality control
  • Setup a regular target of the data entry and closely monitor to ensure data entry
  • Listen incoming and outgoing call log and give feedback to the agents regularly
  • Regular report to management for the performance of the Quality control and Quality assurance team
  • Perform ad hoc tasks given by the management

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Telecommunication Service

Work Experience:

  • 1 to 2 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • Work Experience: Experience of working in customer communication
  • Managerial Skills : Capability of working in challenging and demanding situations
  • Functional Skills: MS Excel, MS Word, Email communication, Time management, Multi-tasking
  • Special Requirement (if required) : Willingness to work in a flexible schedule and travel frequently
