Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managing both inbound and outbound calls
  • Follow the training & deal with customer related queries and complaints
  • Conducting product promotion to existing & potential customers over phone calls or SMS
  • Completing necessary documentation procedures
  • Building customer loyalty by follow-up of complicated customer issues
  • Any other responsibilities given by the management

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Telecommunication Service

Work Experience:

  • 1 to 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Proficiency in operating computers & softwares
  • Fluency in writing and speaking in English & Bangla is required for the job
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to work under pressure
  • Should be available to sign a one-year contract with the company
