Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls
- Follow the training & deal with customer related queries and complaints
- Conducting product promotion to existing & potential customers over phone calls or SMS
- Completing necessary documentation procedures
- Building customer loyalty by follow-up of complicated customer issues
- Any other responsibilities given by the management
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Telecommunication Service
Work Experience:
- 1 to 3 year(s)

- Proficiency in operating computers & softwares
- Fluency in writing and speaking in English & Bangla is required for the job
