Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with Excel, word and power point
  • Self-motivated and target driven
  • Team player and has the ability to work independently as well
  • Good working knowledge on payroll management, performance management, income tax laws, computation of employees PF, Gratuity etc.
  • Proficient in Ms- Excel.
  • Knowledge on tax calculation, Submission of form-108, Perquisite report, Labor Law etc.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources
  • PGDHRM will be an added advantage

    Others Requirements:

    • Provide full support to the Recruitment & Selection process; Job Ad Placement, CV collection, Screening, Call for interview, Interview arrangement
    • Support in Employee Joining and Exit process
    • Prepare monthly salary and ensure HRIS is updated on time
    • Calculate Income Tax for every individual monthly and prepare yearly income tax computation certificate
    • Prepare CTC, Final Settlement Calculation
    • Responsible for maintaining PF related activities including fund management
    • Prepare perquisites and gratuity calculation as per requirement
    • Assist in HR budget preparation
    • Coordinate in the Performance Management process as per the PMS policy and timelines
    • Handling insurance-related issues and maintaining the records
    • Support in organizations policy and process development
    • Coordinate in organizing training
