- Proficient in Ms- Excel.
- Knowledge on tax calculation, Submission of form-108, Perquisite report, Labor Law etc.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources
- PGDHRM will be an added advantage

Others Requirements:
- Provide full support to the Recruitment & Selection process; Job Ad Placement, CV collection, Screening, Call for interview, Interview arrangement
- Support in Employee Joining and Exit process
- Prepare monthly salary and ensure HRIS is updated on time
- Calculate Income Tax for every individual monthly and prepare yearly income tax computation certificate
- Prepare CTC, Final Settlement Calculation
- Responsible for maintaining PF related activities including fund management
- Prepare perquisites and gratuity calculation as per requirement
- Assist in HR budget preparation
- Coordinate in the Performance Management process as per the PMS policy and timelines
- Handling insurance-related issues and maintaining the records
- Support in organizations policy and process development
- Coordinate in organizing training
