Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive sales team to promote home loan services across the country
- Develop, schedule and per-promote new marketing initiatives, arrange marketing events.
- Build strong relationship with local organizations/ companies which are the potential sources of target clients.
- Monitor the performance of sales team, ensure the target is met
- Maintain liaison with other functional units and facilitate loan applications processing
- Provide necessary mentoring and coaching to the teams for driving sales.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline from a reputed university.
Work Experience:
- 6 to 8 year(s)
