Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales team to promote home loan services across the country
  • Develop, schedule and per-promote new marketing initiatives, arrange marketing events.
  • Build strong relationship with local organizations/ companies which are the potential sources of target clients.
  • Monitor the performance of sales team, ensure the target is met
  • Maintain liaison with other functional units and facilitate loan applications processing
  • Provide necessary mentoring and coaching to the teams for driving sales.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduate in any discipline from a reputed university.

Work Experience:

  • 6 to 8 year(s)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Sound customer service quality and statutory compliance.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
  • Have an understanding of the local community and potential home loan clients.
