Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing a sales team.
- Build and promote a strong relationship with clients, partners and other stakeholders
- Assess and recommend the leads coming from sales executives and partner organizations.
- Ensure strong visibility of the organization in the territory.
- Coaching and performance monitoring of sales executives
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline from a reputed university.
Work Experience:
- 1 to 3 year(s)
