Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing attendance, payroll, benefit, disciplinary procedure etc. using HR software
- Resolution of disputes in production floor time to time
- Counseling for better performance in terms of attendance, behavior and productivity
Educational Qualification:
- BBA/MBA/Masters from public or top private university
- PGD (HRM) will get preferance
Work Experience:

- Excellent communication skill specially in ENGLISH
- Excellent interpersonal skill to interact with all kind of factory level employees
- Skill in Excel & Power point
- Quick learner, proactive and positive attitude
- Analytical, logical and conceptual skill
- Typing speed should be 40 wpm
