Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge on HR operations, policy and procedure
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both Bengali & English
  • Strong People Management
  • Well-organized and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Good prioritizing and multitasking ability

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • BBA/ MBA (Preferably major in HRM) from any renowned university
  • PGDHRM will be considered as an added advantage

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s) Experience

Others Requirements:

  • Manpower planning, hiring processing and on-boarding (Taking requisition, arrange written test/ interview etc.)
  • Ensure proper management of HRIS
  • Generate and disseminate necessary report to relevant stakeholders
  • Prepare monthly payroll sheet along with management of existing employee benefits/ perquisites
  • Implement HR practices in organization and counsel and/ or motivate employees to adapt new practices
  • Assist the Line Manager in Grievance Handling and Disciplinary Action Management.
  • Support the Line Manager in Policy formulation
  • Conduct annual performance appraisal
  • Conduct employee confirmation process along with prior appraisal
  • Conduct employee separation process
  • Prepare letters and memos
