Roles & Responsibilities:
- Has to work in a team to improve existing HR processes.
- Maintenance all kind of HR, Admin related document and prepare daily report.
- Recruitment & Selection process of worker.
- Prepare appointment & confirmation letter.
- Assist to Payroll system, daily attendance & absent report, tiffin report.
- Prepare and update workers personal file, ID card.
- Accept record and communicate employee complaints and requests.
- Assist to arrange monthly meeting & training.
- Regularly keep in touch with the management and factory to ensure proper implementation of processes and policies.
- Will be responsible for arranging, cross checking and summarizing performance evaluation reports.
- Assist to arrange monthly meeting & training.
- Arrange routine welfare meetings and Training, such as Fire, Grievance, EHS, etc.
- Aware the workers of their legal rights and others privileges;
- Monitoring, Develop & Follow-up the total FactoryFire, Health & Safety Issues in the total industry premises, Workers welfare, Industrial Dispute, Working Hours, Company policy, Disciplinary & Grievance Policy, Maternity & all others leave benefits to the employees.
- Must have knowledge about the Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 amended 2013 & 2015.
- Absent workers counseling and data base maintaining;
- Maintaining safety & Security Procedure, Health Procedure, Accident Procedure, Training Procedure & plant.
- Any other task assigned by management.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA/ Masters from any reputed University.
- MBA in HRM from any reputed University is preferable.
- National University students will get preference
- Preferred Professional Certification: if any
- Skills Required: Admin,Compliance
Work Experience:
- 3 to 5 year(s)
