Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor the implementation of marketing strategies
  • Ensure technical services by analyzing market intelligence, current and future competitiveness in products, applications & services.
  • Direct the activities and lead the process to develop and penetrate in market with products, services & technologies by overseeing the implementation of the defined strategy & market intelligence.
  • Create & promote a strong brand in market place to make a clear differentiation among competitors.
  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Create a visible differentiation with the competitors by developing a technical solution package for the customers, implement it in customers place & embrace our sales team with this tool.
  • Visit and establish professional relationships with retailers, buying houses, key decision makers & other stakeholders to influence them for achieving our set goals.
  • Create & maintain a database to obtain, update, monitor and evaluate market trends, application of products & technology, service needs, intelligence on competitors etc. in order to ensure a profitable growth.
  • Provide support to design, development and implementation of new product portfolio, service line & application of existing products. Continuously monitor the marketability and performance of the products to fit the defined strategy.
  • Ensure the activities and events of marketing communications
  • Manage the marketing events and promotional campaign including participation in the specific promotional events.
  • Plan and coordinate the function and manpower requirement, headcount and budget. Establish development measure and appraisal process to evaluate the performance of the team.
  • Train and coach direct reports and develop the succession plan in order to improve work efficiency, quality and professional skills of the team members.
  • Manage a strong network with internal & external stakeholders and maintain a healthy business relationship with trade and professional organizations.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in IPE

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)
