Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customer.
- Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to the respective superior.
- Record customer information and report to the respective supervisor
- Taking ownership of customer issue and following problem through to resolution settings a clean project and deploying strategies focused toward the project.
- The candidate should be positive minded, self-motivated, hardworking and ready to work under pressure.
- Any additional assignment assigned by our supervisor.
- Communicate & collect customers voice for service development.
Educational Qualification:
- HSC / University Student/ Medical Technologist
Work Experience:
Others Requirements:
- Must be confident to achieve the respective targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Working Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel & Power point)
- Applicant must be able to be speaking in English.
- Candidate who knows the following area- Tongi, Savar, Ashulia & Gazipur will preferable.
