Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
  • Development of Plan, Designs for meeting demands and requirements of the Clients.
  • Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
  • Coordinate with Collection and Customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
  • Need to study competitors products & sales strategy to take competitive statement.
  • Submit periodical report to section head for his/her better understanding regarding actual progress.
  • Ability to conduct feasibility study of upcoming project & guide accordingly.
  • Strong sales closing capability.

Educational Qualification:

  • BBA, MBA Marketing will be preferred/ Masters in any discipline from any recognized institution.

Work Experience:

  • At least 7 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Sales & Marketing, specially Real Estate Business.
  • 7 years working experience with 5 years experience in Real Estate Sector
  • Good communication skill.
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Should have pleasant personality & smart.
  • Result oriented approach.
