Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Our companys leadership team needs a motivated, results-driven person in the post of Manager (Sales) to lead our sales team.
  • The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.
  • The Manager (Sales) will be responsible for leading an experienced team of Sales Associates.
  • If you are competitive, motivated and capable of teaching your strategies to a team, we e excited to talk with you.
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales goals, revenue and expense controls.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • The ongoing training of your salespeople.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our companys relationship with them
  • Provide daily/monthly report of sales success and position of team to the superiors

Educational Qualification:

  • B.Sc. in Textile/EEE/Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University.

Work Experience:

  • At least 4 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Applicant should have knowledge in For Manager; Sales (WH & MHE): Warehouse racking system & Material Handling Equipment (Forklift, Scissor Lift, Reach Truck, Electric stacker, Beam Stacker etc.) For Manager; Sales (Textile): Textile machines sales and marketing.
  • Applicant should have at least 4 year (s) experience in relevant field.
  • Should have good knowledge on Bangladesh industrial sector
  • Experience managing, directing and lead a sales team.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
