Roles & Responsibilities:
- Our companys leadership team needs a motivated, results-driven person in the post of Manager (Sales) to lead our sales team.
- The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.
- The Manager (Sales) will be responsible for leading an experienced team of Sales Associates.
- If you are competitive, motivated and capable of teaching your strategies to a team, we e excited to talk with you.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales goals, revenue and expense controls.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our companys relationship with them
- Provide daily/monthly report of sales success and position of team to the superiors
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc. in Textile/EEE/Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University.
Work Experience:
- At least 4 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Applicant should have knowledge in For Manager; Sales (WH & MHE): Warehouse racking system & Material Handling Equipment (Forklift, Scissor Lift, Reach Truck, Electric stacker, Beam Stacker etc.) For Manager; Sales (Textile): Textile machines sales and marketing.
- Applicant should have at least 4 year (s) experience in relevant field.
- Should have good knowledge on Bangladesh industrial sector
- Experience managing, directing and lead a sales team.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
