Roles & Responsibilities:
- To prepare yearly, quarterly & monthly sales budget of entire product portfolios to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Formulating marketing tactics, strategies & sales plan to achieve the companys overall goal.
- Building, Leading, supervising & monitoring a dynamic sales team to achieve the sales budget through multiple source of revenue like call center, direct selling or micro sales point, b2b etc.
- Designing & executing cost effective marketing campaign plan in collaboration with brand team.
- To analyze market insight i.e. customer demand, competition etc. & taking corrective measures accordingly to meet organizations objective.
- To generate ideas on new product development to meet customer need.
- To establish a strong organization through developing inter-department relationship among accounts, procurement & QC department .
- Analyzing sales variance on monthly & quarterly basis with the help of accountant & preparing the recovery plan.
- The individual shall have overall responsibility to handle all issues relating to Admin, HR activities of Head office and of our sourcing point.
- Addressing & reporting daily sales performance & key critical issues to Director on regular basis.
- Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales, events and conferences.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Work Experience:
- At least 4 year(s)

- AREA OF PREFERENCES:
