Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully communicating with the sales team.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Identify, research and develop new clients in the local market.
- Follow up and resolve any Corporate Sales client complaints with operational departments.
- Ensure that all corporate contracts, billings, etc. are processed accurately.
- Work with the Sales Coordinator to process all contracts in a timely manner, maintain client files to Sales standards.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- MBA/ BBA /Graduation/ Masters major in marketing or a closely related subject from any recognized university.
- 3rd division/ class/ CGPA below 2.0 in any academic examination will not be considered.
Work Experience:
- 1 to 3 year(s)

- The candidate should be smart, young, energetic, polite manner, strong personality, dynamic, hardworking & self-motivated with sound physical and mental health. Should have excellent communication and presentation skills both in English and Bengali.
- The Applicants should have experience in dealing with Sales activities, clients satisfaction etc.
- Should be able to work under pressure in a Team environment and must possess to lead a Large Sales Team and achieve the Target.
