Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Age at most 45 years
  • Ensuring healthy inter personal and professional relationships with all.
  • Work closely with MD concerning HR & administration related issues.
  • Possess effective oral and written communication skills; and a solid knowledge of HR laws.
  • Pursue and complete relevant processes to meet company needs.
  • Proven experience for 12 years with total career span of 15 years.
  • Be able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • MS Office familiarity.
  • Good communication skill in Bengali and English.
  • Result oriented and ability to meet deadline.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters in Management / MBA in HRM from any reputed University.

Work Experience:

At least 15 year(s) Experience

Others Requirements:

  • Build capacity, design job roles and review organogram in line with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop staff policies and incentives as applicable and maintain logs and records.
  • Oversee recruitment and exit of resources.
  • Review employee performances and manage members of the organization by coaching, counseling, and disciplining.
  • Ensure smooth operations at premises and project sites by supervising operating parameters and administrative systems including utilities, security, repair work etc.
  • Ensure supplies of materials by preparing requisitions and obtaining approval as per requirements, evaluate service partners and negotiate with vendors on price, quality, and delivery timelines, maintain inventory logs & equipment health, archive documents and records for future records.
  • Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, canteen and kitchen.
  • Engage in budgeting, tracking expenses, planning, organizing and implementing.
