Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Good Knowledge of HR & Admin Related Job.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, conflict-resolution skills
  • Overall supervision of admin matters with the highest degree of efficiency
  • Building up performance driven environment for all the departments
  • Good Knowledge of maintaining staff annual leaves Database
  • Ensure timely and accurate staff payroll; Salary & Service Charge processing, payment disbursement in coordination with Accounts
  • Ensure staff development plan through training
  • Manage and modernize Employee Performance Appraisal process and procedures
  • Ensure that organizational HR Policy is compatible with basic industrial/labor law

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate/ Masters, Minimum Result 2nd Class

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to travel frequently.
  • Computer literate.
  • Should have good interpersonal skill.
  • Analytical & problem solving capacity.
