- Good Knowledge of HR & Admin Related Job.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, conflict-resolution skills
- Overall supervision of admin matters with the highest degree of efficiency
- Building up performance driven environment for all the departments
- Good Knowledge of maintaining staff annual leaves Database
- Ensure timely and accurate staff payroll; Salary & Service Charge processing, payment disbursement in coordination with Accounts
- Ensure staff development plan through training
- Manage and modernize Employee Performance Appraisal process and procedures
- Ensure that organizational HR Policy is compatible with basic industrial/labor law
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate/ Masters, Minimum Result 2nd Class
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)
