Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws, statutes and regulations.
- To monitor the floor for checking all kinds of compliance issues.
- To motivate the employees for maintaining all kind of personal safety.
- To maintain all kinds of training records.
- To aware the employees regarding health and safety issues.
- To maintain the documents of customer audit.
- To maintain all kinds of legal license.
- Have a strong idea Accord & Alliance and implementing ability on BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT, WRAP, ISO 9001: 2008, and ISO 14001: 2004 etc. certification standards.
- To maintain all kind of Chemical Issue.
- To have clear knowledge regarding administrative work, wages, salary and all kinds of welfare issues of employees.
- To communicate with the different section Head regarding the working process of the different compliance issues.
- Should have strong capabilities to handle buyers requirements.
- Frequently visit production floor to find out discrepancies which violate policy
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate/ Masters, Minimum Result 2nd Class
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Excellent communication skill both English and Bengali
- Must have basic computer skill, MS Word, MS Excel, E mail etc.
- Positive professional attitude & self-motivated.
- Able to work under pressure.
