Asst. Manager/ Manager - HR & Admin

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To develop, upgrade and implement HR policies up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR operation within the group and make sure that the policies are duly implemented.
  • Ensure proper disciplinary action as per company disciplinary procedures. Establish and maintain a working environment conducive to positive morale, individual style, quality, creativity and teamwork.
  • To ensure a sound Performance Management System for all workers & staff in the group. Recommend / Approval for confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer, discontinuation from service.
  • Must manage the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) of the company.
  • To ensure the personnel Management from maintain the personal file to all documentation of the employee.
  • To do the periodical assessment of the employee and report the management through Annual Confidential Report.
  • Administration and entire Compliance issues with local laws, regulations and different buyers requirements.
  • Discuss, Mediate and resolve complicated issues relating to Admin and Protocol related schedules, resources, procedures and policies with Top Management and ensure proper implementation thereof.
  • To ensure safety, security & protocol of the company, its properties and personnel and control pilferage and wastage of all nature in co-ordination with the concerned factory head and update to the Top Management.
  • Negotiate and administer the Companys administrative issues with Govt. offices, Local bodies and any other important 3rd parties.
  • Planning, control and supervision of all office transport management.
  • To ensure floor discipline and housekeeping.
  • Any others job assigned by the management.

Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates should be Post graduate degree in any discipline
  • Candidates should be PGDHR certificate from any reputed institute
  • MBA in HRM with good academic track will give preference.Any professional training course will be added advantage
  • Academic qualification will relax in case of highly experienced candidate.

Work Experience:

  • 8 to 10 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Candidate should be minimum 8 to 10 year (s) practical experience in renowned organization.
  • Must have to be sound knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Law
  • Having positive attitude and high integrity
  • Cultivates productive working relationships
  • Fosters great team work
  • Proactive approach to carry on the desired task.
  • Have initiative and not waiting for reminder from Superior.
  • Know how to manage the situation in relation to the desired goal.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Corporate HR, Factory HR Administration, Legal Compliance / Code of Conduct, Organization Development / Process Improvement, HR Database Management.
