Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish HR and admin related policies and procedures in compliance with Labor Laws, and corporate policies/ processes.
- Establish proper HR & Admin system in all offices and factories of the group and establish proper control over HR & Admin of different Offices and factory.
- Follow up of legal documents / certificate such as Renewal of Licenses.
- Establish system to maintain physical and computerized departmental files for all employees and applicants including verification of completeness of files.
- Establish system to look after employee activities and report to management on time.
- Establish procedural and legal compliance in all requirement processes.
- Lead the recruitment & selection process.
- Establish formal system for timely execution of all new employee orientation, employee confirmation appraisal process.
- Manage and analyze inflow and outflow of people for better talent management and succession planning.
- Establish timely execution of yearly increment and promotion issues.
- Others, if any, as decided by management.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA in HR from a reputed university.
Work Experience:
- At least 3 year(s)
Others Requirements:

- Possesses strong leadership and management skills.
- Computer knowledge is essential.
- Good command in English.
- Demonstrated ability in managing complexity and prioritizing multiple tasks.
