Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Establish HR and admin related policies and procedures in compliance with Labor Laws, and corporate policies/ processes.
  • Establish proper HR & Admin system in all offices and factories of the group and establish proper control over HR & Admin of different Offices and factory.
  • Follow up of legal documents / certificate such as Renewal of Licenses.
  • Establish system to maintain physical and computerized departmental files for all employees and applicants including verification of completeness of files.
  • Establish system to look after employee activities and report to management on time.
  • Establish procedural and legal compliance in all requirement processes.
  • Lead the recruitment & selection process.
  • Establish formal system for timely execution of all new employee orientation, employee confirmation appraisal process.
  • Manage and analyze inflow and outflow of people for better talent management and succession planning.
  • Establish timely execution of yearly increment and promotion issues.
  • Others, if any, as decided by management.

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA in HR from a reputed university.

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s)

  • Minimum 3 years at the same position.
  • Possesses strong leadership and management skills.
  • Computer knowledge is essential.
  • Good command in English.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing complexity and prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Operates effectively and efficiently also under stressful situations and tight deadlines.
