Executive/ Sr. Executive - HR, Admin & Compliance

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Strong communicative and interpersonal skills in English and Bangla.
  • Applicants must have a willingness and ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be familiar in the MS office package.
  • Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic, able to work in a stressful situation.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Masters degree in any discipline
  • PGD in HRM or PGD in Social Compliance is given preference

Work Experience:

  • At least 4 year(s) Experience

Others Requirements:

  • Ensure discipline and proper administrative control in the factory.
  • To develop and implement HR, Admin & Compliance policies, guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth operation.
  • Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates, background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
  • Carry out Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview etc.
  • Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management, Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes.
  • Maintain Employee information i. e. Joining, Transfer, Promotion, Increment, Separation, Final Settlement etc.
  • Prepare and Manage Payroll/HRIS.
  • Follow-up Disciplinary action & conduct Departmental inquiry & Grievance handling etc.
  • Ensure security of plant, properties, premises & personnel.
  • Maintain connection with the local bodies, buyer representatives, and govt. agencies.
  • Ensure the implementation of the Compliance according to Compliance manuals.
  • Carry out regular Compliance Audit in factory and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
  • Have to monitor all health & safety and environmental issues in the whole factory premises.
  • Capable to train personnel on Fire Fighting, use of Personal Protective Equipment on health & safety issues.
  • Perform other activities which are related with HR, Compliance and Administration.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
