Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare any kind of Certificates provide to employees.
  • Prepares memos, reports and other correspondence.
  • Maintains a trace file system, ensuring that daily traced items are brought to the attention of the relevant people.
  • Attend the general quarries & calls and be the first vocal point for HR Department
  • Details are recorded in the appointment diary and that relevant Information is communicated to all parties concerned.
  • Arranges appointments for Director, HR & Training
  • Maintain confidentiality of departmental works.
  • Manage the on-line recruitment through the Hotel Web Site.
  • Liaison with recruitment agencies and hotel schools & site inspections for schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Correct and timely placement of internal and external advertisements.
  • Ensure Employee and Manager Awareness of HR Policies and procedures.
  • Ensure information relating to industrial instruments is readily available to all Employee and Managers.
  • Track employee on probation and compete the process till confirmation.
  • Process Service Charge & Utility deduction for each month.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Management is required. Masters Degree in HRM is preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 1 to 2 year(s)

  • Demonstrated ability of interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
  • Knowledge of Labour Law and Employment Regulations.
  • Problem-solving, reasoning, and organizational abilities.
  • Good in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Sound Health & energetic
  • Good in communication.
  • Excellent organizing and planning skill
  • Excellent people management skill
  • Multitasking skill
