Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To prepare weekly duty roster & to prepare the daily attendance report.
  • To maintain employee personal file & leave records.
  • To follow-up on ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Related Matters.
  • To be involved in performance evaluation process of factory employee.
  • To conduct training need assessment of factory workers & schedule the training program accordingly.
  • To monitor house keeping program of factory facility along with workers health & safety related matters.
  • To communicate with middle management regarding day to day administrative matters.
  • To look after overall management activities of factory dormitory and workers welfare.
  • To Prepare salary Sheet, to Deal Compliance Issue.
  • Any other assignment if and when given.

Educational Qualification:

  • Post Graduation Degree from any recognized University. ( Preferably with HRM or Accounting Background)

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Computer Literacy.
  • Writing and Speaking Skill in both Bengali & English
