Roles & Responsibilities:

  • 2 to 3 years of working experience in similar position focused in compensation and reward management arena.
  • Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • HRIS working experience, preferably using SAP and proficient in Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel and Power-Point

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in Human Resources or Finance

Work Experience:

  •  2 to 3 years of working experience

Others Requirements:

  • Supervise the maintenance and updating of personnel information of all employees in HRIS to ensure that strict confidentiality is maintained at all times i.e. compensation details, personal files, leave and time information, etc.
  • Control the compensation practices and processes within the department to ensure that they
  • are in line with the company policies and guidelines
  • Investigate and flag inconsistencies in the salary and benefits structure in comparison to the
  • market as well from an internal equity perspective. Recommend and participate in developing solutions to address such inconsistencies
  • Conduct the compensation surveys and benchmarking sessions to understand the latest market trends and accordingly propose appropriate compensation and benefits changes (i.e. allowances, merits, cost of living etc.) to the management which will contribute towards attracting and retaining talents
  • Analyze compensation survey results gathered from various sources, including: raw data summarization, statistical analysis, identifying key findings, etc. followed by preparing compensation report for the Management for easy decision making
  • Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of monthly salary by providing leave and attendance reports of employees to Accounts & Finance Department
  • Coordinate the circulation of all HR related letters i.e. Appointment letter, Confirmation letter, promotion letter, Increment Letter, Transfer letter etc.
  • Supervise the EL encashment process
  • Supervise the final settlement of employee separation.
  • Supervise the exit interview process
