AGM - Supply Chain Management

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing procurement policy, SOP, Modules and manuals.
  • Preparing procurement plan according to the production forecast.
  • Develop the monthly procurement action plan
  • Preparing consignment wise periodical budget.
  • Sourcing all kind of mechanical and electrical spare parts.
  • Sourcing Raw Materials & Packing materials for all kinds of Spices, bakery and drinks products.
  • Vendor Management.
  • Preparing payment schedule to the parties as per the company policy.
  • Ensure the Procurement policy is complied in procurement execution.
  • Ensure in time delivery of materials after requisition received.
  • Introduce supplier assessment techniques and develop an effective method of comparative analysis between cost effectiveness of the goods and services.
  • Co ordination with Production Unit and sales for smooth operation of total supply chain.
  • Keep update suppler wise credit status report.
  • Importing materials / machinery and sourcing internationally.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in In any discipline

Work Experience:

  • At least 10 year(s)

  • Must have strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interpret, analysis and evaluation of data.
  • Should have presentation skills.
  • Must be familiar with ERP software
