Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Must have strong knowledge in HR Software Solution
  • Strong in Financial Planning and strategy and marketing concept
  • Strong in Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Product Development
  • Hunter mentality with a relentless drive to achieve results;
  • Ability to identify the right customer stakeholders and build connections quickly to drive consensus for deals;
  • Software sales across horizontal markets
  • To manage all aspects of the sales cycle from lead generation through to the proposal, presentation and finally to contract negotiation
  • Excellent marketing and lead generation support
  • Strong in Digital and online marketing using appropriate tools
  • Strong in person and online presentation skills.
  • Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines
  • preparing and completing action plans timely;

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
  • Skills Required: Business Development

Work Experience:

  • 5 to 7 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Must have 5-7 years experience in HR software marketing and sales
  • Candidate must be tenacious, self-driven and hardworking,
  • Experience of complex Software Solutions would be highly desirable
  • Experience selling SaaS
  • Entrepreneurial spirit in owning and developing your business.
  • Great communication skills
  • Experience as a consultant considered a plus.
  • Have to travel to client sites and increase business revenue.
