Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand wise marketing plan in order to ensuring market penetration, profit generation and market share maximization.
- Analyses assigned product performance using internal & external product sales data, prescription data and on-going review of market.
- Train, motivate and guide newly recruited & existing sales staff regarding new & existing products to ensure continuous growth and promotion of products in the market.
- Develop the sales territories and understand market dynamics and demand by identifying market opportunities to facilitate brand building.
Educational Qualification:
- The incumbent should be B.Pharm / M.Pharm from a reputed public / private university.
