Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Age 24 to 35 years
  • Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability
  • Good intellect and analytical skills
  • Knowledge on Kormee / ERP will be preferable
  • Good Command on English & Computer
  • Able to work under pressure, sound knowledge on BEPZA rules / Labor Law
  • Should be willing to reside close to Factory
  • Females are encouraged to apply

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Minimum Graduate from any reputed University (MBA/ PGD on Compliance/ HR will get preference)
  • Should have working experience with any production Unit

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 6 year(s) Experience

Others Requirements:

  • Settle all kind of manpower related matters & worker management in coordination with production responsible.
  • Maintain manpower status properly to support corporate HR for Recruitment, Selection, and Performance appraisal for management staff consulting with concerned Department Head.
  • Conduct orientation program for newly appointed employee.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and turnover analysis and absenteeism rates, PCF.
  • Prepare JD & Organogram of different Depart
  • Handling disciplinary action for the employees & worker in accordance with labor law and company policy, Conduct exit interviews.
  • Workers entrance gate monitoring, Morning physical attendance line/area wise
  • Daily attendance update & coordination with Payroll team.
  • Analysis on regular and monthly absenteeism and migration.
  • Lunch time worker movement monitoring in floor/canteen gate.
  • Discuss with management to resolve worker problems, complaints or grievances.
  • Conduct the awareness program for the employees to educate them about the rules and regulation, compliance issues, health and safety, first aid etc.
  • Collect the employees grievances and solve the grievances on top most priority basis
  • Arrange counseling program regarding health and safety issues.
  • Organize seminars on hygiene, first aid, occupational health or any epidemic break out.
  • Assist & communicate with supervisor, Compliance. to prepare corrective action plan on noncompliance issues
  • Daily basis round all over the Factory to identify noncompliance issues
  • Monitoring safety compliance, customer compliance, identify hazardous process and take preventive action.
  • Regular disbursement of file works after verification as per company COC.
  • Regularly monitor worker wage, incentive, leave, working hour etc. & other pay & rights related
  • Monitor & ensure fire safety matters all over the factory
