Roles & Responsibilities:
- Annual manpower planning according to the approved budget.
- Co-coordinating and conducting recruitment.
- Handling Industrial Relations & Compliances.
- Managing Training and development of employees.
- Labor Management.
- Managing staff appraisal process and procedures.
- Handling grievance, counseling staff.
- Staff skill/competencies auditing and plan for staff motivation and development.
- Responsible for organizational development.
- Prepare Training budget for department or organization
- Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
- Plan, develop[e, and provide training and staff development program, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on the job training, meetings, conferences and workshops.
- Conduct orientations sessions and arrange on the job training for new hires.
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
- Manage all types of internal dispute.
- Implement Labor Law.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Work Experience:
- 5 to 8 year(s) Experience

- Age 30 to 36 years
