Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Annual manpower planning according to the approved budget.
  • Co-coordinating and conducting recruitment.
  • Handling Industrial Relations & Compliances.
  • Managing Training and development of employees.
  • Labor Management.
  • Managing staff appraisal process and procedures.
  • Handling grievance, counseling staff.
  • Staff skill/competencies auditing and plan for staff motivation and development.
  • Responsible for organizational development.
  • Prepare Training budget for department or organization
  • Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
  • Plan, develop[e, and provide training and staff development program, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on the job training, meetings, conferences and workshops.
  • Conduct orientations sessions and arrange on the job training for new hires.
  • Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
  • Manage all types of internal dispute.
  • Implement Labor Law.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Work Experience:

  • 5 to 8 year(s) Experience

Others Requirements:

  • Age 30 to 36 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
