- Responsible for meeting the sales of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
- Must ensure the targets are realistic and achievable.
- Decides the future course of action for his team members.
- Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
- Maintain necessary data and records for future reference.
- Regular Daily Activity of Executives reporting to Management.
- Analyze competitors sales strategy.
- Any Other responsibility assign by the Management.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Engineering in Automobile, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing & Sales
- Skills Required: Distribution/ Supply Chain Management,Corporate Marketing

- Should have excellent communication & written skills in English.
- Enough knowledge about Automobile motors parts.
- Working experience in same or lower position in any branded motor parts Showroom is given preference.
- Computer literacy: Must have good skill in Microsoft office programs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically.
