Sr. Executive/Executive, Factory HR & Admin

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To handle the full spectrum of human resource management and related function.
  • Ensure discipline and proper administrative control at factory site.
  • To maintain a comprehensive Human Resources Information System [HRIS] including Personal and Professional details.
  • To monitor the Attendance, Leave & OT records of staffs and facilitate staffs to the process of leave approval and generate a report of Attendance, Leave & OT in every month.
  • Execute disciplinary actions as the law.
  • Communicate new employees & PF entitled employees information to Accounts & Finance department and maintain the database of PF entitled employees with necessary information.
  • To develop, implement, maintain and review of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws, statutes and regulations.
  • Coordinating manpower planning, recruitment and selection process.
  • Ensure on time Performance appraisal or evaluation of employees.
  • To maintain the payroll of all staffs and disburse other employee benefits.
  • To prepare Office Memo (in Bangla/ English), promotion, salary increase, show cause, warning, and termination letter.
  • Process Clearance of the employees and Final Settlement of seperated employees.
  • Serve as a resource for team leaders in handling employee issues and assist them in counseling employees.
  • Provide all types of administration support daily basis to run the factory.
  • Maintain close liaison with other departments of the companies and exchange relevant information.
  • Maintain close liaison with all the relevant Govt. offices, Employers Association and other National Trade Bodies and update certificates time to time.
  • Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
  • Ensure the safety and security at workplace with utmost professionalism
  • Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
  • Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM or Management
  • PGD in HRM preferred
  • Training/Trade Course: Bangladesh Labor Law 2006
  • Skills Required: HRIS

Work Experience:

  • At least 4 year(s) Experience

Others Requirements:

  • Age 27 to 40 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
