Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a full understanding of the company recruitment policy and practices for employees at all levels.
  • Develop Job and person Specification, identifies and selects appropriate source of recruitment.
  • Manage recruitment and advertising campaigns under supervision.
  • Shortlist candidates and conduct competence based selection process, deals effectively with HR administrative process such as reference checking and pre-employment medicals checkup.
  • Shows awareness of the companys training and development policy and practices as well as the programs available, coordinate induction programs.
  • Understands HRs role in providing HR services to internal clients, proactively offers assistance to line managers in HR Procedures and processes based upon company policies.
  • Maintain employee information in RAPID.
  • Maintain attendance and leave records.
  • Supervise pool cars for cost effective utilization of fuel and CNG and admin expenses etc.
  • Maintain and update personal files.
  • Maintain aesthetic beauty inside Head Office.
  • Establish and practice of Green Habit culture at workplace.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in HRM
  • Preferred Professional Certification: Post Graduate Diploma in HRM
  • Skills Required: Labor Management,Labor Law

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 4 year(s) Experience
